Our goal is to provide drug-free, clean, safe, and sanitary housing for eligible families and to provide opportunities and promote self-sufficiency and economic independence for residents in Bethany, MO, and the surrounding areas. In order to provide these services, we require all tenants to abide by a strict, but fair lease agreement to ensure a safe and affordable housing solution to all those in need.
